Dark plum is a stunning shade for Autumn/Winter nails and looks even more attractive by adding some simple easy to do nail art in gold, bronze and holographic mixed glitter.
Items used for Dark Plum Nails:
- China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat
- China Glaze Velvet Bow
- China Glaze I Herd That
- Striping Brush
- Dotting Tools
- Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat
China Glaze Velvet Bow is a lovely dark, rich, red based burgundy plum jelly polish. The slightly thin formula applied rather streaky. Three coats were needed for a totally opaque even coverage. Dries fast to a high shine finish.
China Glaze I Herd That is a mix of very fine gold, copper and holographic glitters in a clear base. It is quite a sheer polish that would also make an ideal layering polish. A nail art striping brush was used to paint the lines for the diamond design on the middle finger. Dotting tools were used to apply dots on all nails. Dries to a lovely sparkly finish.
Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat smoothes nails after glitter application and dries fast to a high shine finish.
