Sally Hansen Miracle Gel B Girl is a lovely bright pastel blue creme. Directions state to apply without a base coat. It has a thin consistency that applies patchy with first coat. Two coats gives a good opaque coverage. Dries to a medium shine finish.
Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Top Coat applies well with good coverage. It is not a fast dry top coat but nails were dry to the touch within five minutes. Dries to a smooth medium shine finish.
Sally Hansen Miracle Gel can be removed from nails using normal nail polish remover without the need to soak.
Maybelline Color Show Glitter It is a clear based polish packed with silver holographic glitter. It applies well with glitters spreading easily and evenly. Dries fast to a rough and very sparkly finish. Two coats were applied to ring finger accent nail.
Orly Instant Artist Crisp White and Color Club Nail Art Lacquer Fine Silver Glitter were used to paint the snowflakes. They both have a long thin application brush ideal for painting fine lines.
Dotting tools were used to apply silver and white dots to snowflakes.
Silver Flat Back Diamantes and Silver Holographic Hexagon Glitters were applied individually to snowflakes.
Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat smoothes nail surface and dries to a high shine finish. This was painted over the diamantes and hexagon glitters to keep them adhered to the nail.
